So that was it…? No. Not completely…. This period was not only about painting… normal life was mixed with hard working and sometimes my days were only filled with writing art lessons for schools, spending time with my son and working on the finca.

…keeps the doctor away. While I was spending my artist-in-residence period in Andalucía, I experienced an urge to make quick drawings and to experiment more. So on a full moon I decided to make at least one piece (of 10x15 cm) a day until the next full moon. These pieces became little treasures to me. I had so much fun making them and I experienced more inspiration and bigger steps in my painting process while painting on

April 2015:: For those who follow my activities regularly and wonder why there was quite little news the last year..: At the moment I am enjoying a one-year artist-in-residence period in a very small self sustainable eco village in Andalucía, Spain. The new work will be shown in my next big exhibition at the end of this year. I show you a little peek in the paradise I am living right now. Hope to see you soon in Holland, where
